MAINTENANCE
Concept of maintenance is based on:
| - using of maintenance strategy-on-condition service life (up to prior refusal state or up to safety refusal) without any aircraft overhauls; | - using og engineering analysis for authority of maintenance works and their periodicity according to ICAO procedures (as per MGS-3); | - using of ground data system on operation support to improve effectiveness of maintenance (especially unscheduled one) with using computer. |
The realization of maintenance concept in designer solutions of aircraft and program on maintenance provides in operation the following:
| - aircraft airworthiness support during the whole service life; | - 4 persons - persons / hour of flying time; |
| - intensity of operation more than 2500-3000 flying hours per year; | - reducing costs on maintenance. |
| - specific total maintenance manpower; |
MAINTENANCE PROVISION
The integrated system of operation provision have been developed for aircraft. The system is based on international standards requirements and recommendations in area of providing maintenance.
The system provides:
| - preparation of flight and technical personnel in the training center with using up-to-date training aids; | - constant engineering support for user on different operational problems and with using of innovative means of communication and computer; |
| - conduction of manpower maintenance checks in service center, having innovative aids for fault diagnosis to apply and remove paint-and-varnish coatings, repair and restore of aircraft units; | - optimization of spare parts set in dependence on using and scope of aircraft fleet. |
| - continuous checkout of systems and units reliability level; |
