Airframe,
windshields and aircrews blades anti-ising system provides protection
from icing up to ambient air temperature -30oC, engines
BMP and BNA anti-icing system - up to -400C.
Airframe
anti-icing system consists of air-heat system is purposed for heating
a part of wing nose.
Hot
air for airframe anti-icing system is taken-from 12-stage of engine
compressor.
Electroheat
anti-icing system is purposed for removal of ice from fin nose part,
stabilized and ailerons surface.
Anti-icing
system of engines BMP and BNA air intakes is air-heat. Hot air is
taken from compressor 12 stage.

Windshields
anti-icing system is electroheat and purposed for removal if ice
by means of electric heating of crew cabin windshields. Heating
elements are built - in directly to windshields. Windshields wipers
for removal of water drops, melt snow and ice from windshields surface
are installed on windshields.
Airscrew
blades anti-icing system is electroheat and purposed for removal
of ice from heated parts of blades surface. Heating elements are
placed in noses of blades heated parts.
Ice
detector is purposed for providing warning on ice presence on ice
detector and output of commands for switching automatic operation
mode of airframe, engines and aircrews anti-icing system. Controls
and monitoring device of anti-icing system (UUKP-140, UUKO-140,
UUKV-140) are purposed for manual and automatic controls of airframe
anti-icing system, tail unit, aircrews by selected law of controls,
depending on ambient air temperature, as well as for monitoring
and shaping signals characterizing state of antiicing system.
